Stolt Comex Seaway used a Series S-50 “T”-shaped spud barge to support an American 7260 (100-ton) crawler crane while driving sheet piling for a Port of Houston project. This configuration allowed the crane to be positioned close to the edge of the barge while maintaining sufficient stability.
